氟康唑片联合改性几丁质喷雾剂治疗念珠菌性包皮龟头炎临床疗效观察

Observation of clinical therapeutic effect of Fluconazole Tablets combined with Modified Chitin Spray in the treatment of candida balanitis

目的观察氟康唑片联合改性几丁质喷雾剂用于治疗念珠菌性包皮龟头炎的临床疗效。方法临床选取符合念珠菌性包皮龟头炎临床诊断的男性患者52例,并随机分为试验组27例,对照组25例。两组均给予氟康唑片口服治疗2周,并予每日温水清洗患处。试验组在每日清洗后,同时给予改性几丁质喷雾剂外用治疗。根据皮疹消退、自觉症状改善及真菌镜检结果判定和比较疗效,并观察治愈患者停药2个月后复发情况,同时注意有无不良反应发生。结果试验组治愈25例,治愈率为92.6%,对照组治愈20例,治愈率为80.0%,两者之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但治愈患者停药2个月后试验组复发2例,复发率为8.0%,对照组复发8例,复发率为40.0%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应。结论氟康唑片联合改性几丁质喷雾剂用于治疗念珠菌性包皮龟头炎疗效理想,与单用口服药者相比可显著降低复发率,且安全可靠,无严重副作用,适合在临床开展应用。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Fluconazole Tablets combined with Modified Chitin Spray in the treatment of candida balanitis.Methods 52 male patients meeting the clinical diagnosis of candida balanitis were selected and then divided into two groups randomly： the experiment group of 27 patients and the control group of 25 patients.Both groups were given oral Fluconazole Tablets for 2 weeks,as well as cleaning the lesion area with warm water daily.Additionally,the experiment group was given Modified Chitin Spray daily for external use after the cleaning.Then the results were compared and the efficacy was determined according to the situation about the disappearance of the rash,the improvement of the symptoms and the results of the microscopic examination on fungi.Moreover,the situation of recurrence in the cured patients was observed 2 months later after drug withdrawal.Meanwhile,the occurrence of the adverse reactions was also noted for.Results 25 cases were cured in the experiment group.The cure rate was 92.6%.Meanwhile,20 cases were cured in the control group,the cure rate of which was 80.0%.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.However,in the observation of the cured patients 2 months later after drug withdrawal,2 cases relapsed in the experiment group,the recurrence rate of which was 8.0%.8 cases relapsed in the control group,the recurrence rate of which was 40.0%.There was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P 0.05）.None of the patients had any significant adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion The treatment of Fluconazole Tablets combined with Modified Chitin Spray for candida balanitis has an ideal efficacy,which is considerably safe and can significantly reduce the recurrence rate without serious side effects compared with those who are only given oral medication.It＇s suitable to be carried out in clinic.
