廉泉穴药线埋植加舌针点刺法治疗脑卒中恢复期吞咽功能障碍效果观察

Observation of catgut embedding with herbs of point Lian Quan(CV23) combined with tongue pricking therapy in the treatment swallowing dysfunction in stroke recovery

目的观察廉泉穴药线埋植加舌针点刺法治疗脑卒中恢复期吞咽功能障碍的效果,为临床治疗提供理论参考。方法将符合纳入标准的150例脑卒中恢复期伴吞咽功能障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组各75例。两组均采用神经内科常规治疗和护理,对照组患者给予康复功能训练恢复吞咽功能,观察组则在上述治疗的基础上给予廉泉穴埋植药线加舌针点刺法进行治疗。两组均治疗4周评定疗效。结果治疗4周后两组患者吞咽功能障碍和饮水呛咳改善情况比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组总有效率为86.7%,显著高于照组总有效率(44.0%)(P<0.01),提示观察组吞咽功能障碍和饮水呛咳改善情况均优于对照组。结论廉泉穴药线埋植加舌针点刺法治疗脑卒中恢复期患者出现的吞咽功能障碍可通过穴位作用、针刺作用、药物作用三结合发挥良效。

Objective To observe catgut embedding with herbs of point Lian Quan（CV23） combined with pricking tongue therapy in the treatment of swallowing dysfunction in stroke recovery,in order to find a theoretical reference for the clinical treatment.Methods 150 patients with swallowing dysfunction in stroke recovery period were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group had 75 caess.On the basis of conventional treatment and care of neurology department,the control group was given rehabilitation functional training to restore swallowing function.The observation group was given catgut embedding with herbs of point Lian Quan（CV23） combined with tongue pricking therapy.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks,took assessment of efficacy and evaluated data for statistical analysis.Results After four weeks of treatment,the improvement of swallowing dysfunction and the water-choking of two group patients were significantly different（P 0.01）.The total efficiency of the observation group was 86.7%,which was higher than that in the control group 44.0%（P 0.01）.It showed that the improvement of swallowing dysfunction and water-choking of the observation group was greater than the control group.Conclusion Catgut embedding with herbs of point Lian Quan（CV23） combined with tongue pricking therapy to treat swallowing dysfunction in stroke recovery can play a good effect by point,needle and drugs.
