HPLC法测定复方芩兰口服液中连翘苷的含量

Determination of forsythin in Fufang Qinlan Oral Solution by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定复方芩兰口服液中连翘苷含量的方法。方法采用Agilent Extend-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为278 nm,柱温为30℃。结果连翘苷在20.64～206.40μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=1.000 0,n=5),平均回收率为97.85%,RSD为0.93%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、准确,重复性好,可用于复方芩兰口服液中连翘苷的测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for the measurement of determination of forsythin in Fufang Qinlan Oral Solution.Methods Agilent Extend-C18 column（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） was adopted,mixes of acetonitrile and water（25∶75） were used as the mobile phase,test was done at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,with detection wavelength of 278 nm and the column temperature of 30℃.Results A good linearity was obtained for the forsythin at the range of 20.64-206.40 μg/mL（r = 1.000 0,n = 5）.Following results were got from the test： recovery rate =97.85 %,RSD = 0.93%（n = 6）.Conclusion This is an excellent method to measure the forsythin in Fufang Qinlan Oral Solution as its simplicity,accuracy and reproductivity.
