含川芎、当归中成药中藁本内酯的检测分析

Determination and analysis of ligustilide in Chinese medicines with Chuanxiong and Angelica

目的建立含当归、川芎中成药中藁本内酯的薄层色谱(TLC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测分析方法。方法选择常用16种含当归、川芎的中成药,系统建立其藁本内酯TLC定性检测以及HPLC定量分析方法,对各中成药中藁本内酯进行检测分析。结果建立了中成药中藁本内酯TLC定性检测和HPLC定量分析方法,测定了各中成药,结果准确可靠。结论建立的藁本内酯TLC和HPLC方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于含当归、川芎中成药的检测分析。

Objective To establish the TLC and HPLC detection method of ligustilide in Chinese medicines with Chuanxiong and Angelica.Methods 16 commonly Chinese medicines with Chuanxiong and Angelica were used to establish the methods about TLC qualitative detection and HPLC quantitative assay of ligustilide.Ligustilide was tested in these Chinese medicines.Results The methods of TLC qualitative detection and HPLC quantitative assay of ligustilide were established and used to detect these Chinese medicines.And the results were accurate and reliable.Conclusion The methods are simple and can be used to determine ligustilide in Chinese medicines with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.
