乳腺癌扩增基因1表达与乳腺癌预后的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌扩增基因1(amplified in breast cancer 1,AIB1)表达与乳腺癌预后的相关性。方法利用免疫组化的方法检测113例乳腺癌标本的AIB1表达,并整理临床资料,用SPSS 18.0软件进行单因素及多因素分析,研究AIB1表达是否与乳腺癌生存具有相关性。结果单因素分析显示,AIB1表达与腋窝淋巴结转移、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人表皮生长因子受体-2(Her-2)表达、病理类型、绝经状态、生存时间均有相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而与远处转移部位、是否三阴型无相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。COX回归模型多因素分析结果显示,AIB1不是影响乳腺癌总生存的独立预后因素(OR=0.548,P=0.128),影响乳腺癌总生存的独立预后因素分别是远处转移部位的多少(OR=1.526,P=0.002)和腋窝淋巴结转移的数目(OR=1.813,P=0.034)。结论 AIB1表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征密切相关,检测AIB1蛋白表达情况有助于判断乳腺癌的预后。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression status of AIB1 in breast cancer and the progression of breast cancer.Methods AIB1 expression in 113 breast cancer specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry.Univariate and multivariate analysis with SPSS 18.0 software,studied if there had correlation between AIB1 expression and breast cancer survival.Results Univariate analysis showed that the AIB1 expression had a positive correlation with axillary lymph metastasis,ER,PR,Her-2 status,pathological types,menopausal status and survival time,there were statistically significant differences(P 0.05);and without a correlation with distant metastatic sites and non-triple-negative breast cancer,there was no significant difference(P 0.05).COX Risk multivariate analysis showed that both the number of axillary lymph metastasis(OR = 1.183,P = 0.034) and distant metastatic sites(OR = 1.526,P = 0.002) were independent prognostic factor for overall survival of breast cancer,while the expression status of AIB1 didn't have an independent prognostic factor for overall survival of breast cancer(OR = 0.548,P = 0.128).Conclusion AIB1 expression is closely related to breast cancer clinical and pathological features,and determination of AIB1 protein expression may be in predicting of breast cancers.
