TBL教学法在高职高专药理学教学中的探索与实践

Exploration and practice of TBL teaching method for pharmacology in vocational college

本文介绍了TBL教学模式的起源与发展、教学设计及实施步骤,阐述了TBL教学模式在医学教育中的优势。通过在大专药学班开展TBL教学法与传统教学法的比较,认为TBL教学模式有利于提高学生团队合作精神、人际交往能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高课堂教学效率,在我国医学院校尤其是在高职高专学校中值得推广。

This paper introduces the origin and development,teaching design and implementation steps of TBL teaching pattern and states the advantage of TBL teaching pattern among medical education.Through comparison between TBL teaching method and traditional teaching method in junior-college pharmacy class,it is turned out that TBL teaching pattern is helpful for improving students＇ teamwork spirit,communication capability,ability of analyzing and solving problems as well as for improving teaching efficiency in class.Thus,it is worthwhile to popularize this method in medical colleges,especially in vocational colleges in our country.
