摘要
本文介绍了设置七年制医学生素质教育实践课程的具体做法和体会。该课程分为调研基层医院、走近弱势群体、亲近历史自然、接触医院管理四个主要模块,重在培养医学生的人文情怀和沟通能力。开展素质教育活动的过程中,要注意与人文实践、社会教育和教学研究相结合。
This paper introduces the specific practice and experience of how to set the seven-year medical students′ capacity-oriented practice curriculum.The curriculum includes four main modules,containing the survey of basic-level hospital,closely contact with vulnerable groups,nature and hospital management,the key is to train medical students about humanities and the ability to communicate.During the process of capacity-oriented activities,it′s better to combine the curriculum with cultural practices,social education and teaching research.
