目前,国家对医疗机构中药饮片的采购方式没有统一的规定,而饮片市场秩序由于种种原因普遍不够规范。在此形势下,医疗机构如何保证中药饮片的质量、价格和供应,值得研究。本文介绍了江苏省中医院在多年的工作中总结形成的中药饮片招标"三步法",供中医医院药事管理者参考和借鉴。

At the moment,there is no nationwide rule for purchasing Chinese Medicinal Decoction Pieces at hospital level,in addition,the administration of Chinese Medicinal Decoction Pieces market is under development.Under this situation,it is worth of investigation in medical institution as to how to ensure the Chinese Medicinal Decoction Pieces purchased of high quality,reasonable price and steady supplying.This paper introduces the experience of three-step method in open bid for Purchasing Chinese Medicinal Decoction Pieces summarized from years of explorations and practice in Jiangsu Province Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,which hope to share with TCM pharmacy administrators.
