摘要
目的探讨不同强度噪声对高血压患者肾素活性(PRA)的影响。方法选择以从事和噪音相关工作的高血压患者1150例,检测其接触不同强度噪音后血液中的PRA。从分子生物学上研究噪音和高血压的关系和规律,揭示其原理。结果在接触噪音强度<80dB的高血压患者中,PRA的浓度半年后及1年后无明显升高(P>0.05);在接触噪音强度>80dB的高血压患者中,PRA的浓度1年后比研究前明显升高(P<0.05);同时1年后同个强度的噪音中血压越高的患者PRA的浓度越高(P<0.05)。结论接触>80dB强度的噪音能使高血压患者的血压升高,随着噪音强度的加大,血压升高得越明显;在同个噪音强度中血压越高的患者血压升高得越明显。
Objective To observe the influence of different strength noise on the PRA patients with hypertension.Methods Chose 1 150 noise workers who were patients with hypertension.In different noise intensity,we were testing the PRA of in the blood.Studied the relationship and rules between noise and high blood pressure from molecular biology,revealed its principle.Results In patients with hypertension who contacted 80 dB noise,the concentration of the PRA had no obvious risen after six months and one year later (P 0.05);In patients with hypertension who contacted 80 dB noise,the PRA of a year later was significantly higher than before the researched (P 0.05);One year later,the PRA of the higher blood pressure patients were the higher in the same strength of noise (P 0.05).Conclusion The blood pressure have obvious rising in patients with hypertension who contacted 80 dB noise.With the increase of noise intensity,it is obvious that the blood pressure have been rising.The blood pressure of the higher blood pressure patients are the higher in the same strength of noise.
