摘要
用药依从性是指患者用药与医嘱的一致性。患者用药依从性差的现象非常普遍,影响患者用药依从性的因素众多,涉及患者、医务人员、社会、家庭等各方面。患者用药依从性的提高是个系统工程,需要多方面的密切配合才能得到根本解决。
Medication compliance is the consistency of the drug use of the treating patients and the doctor ＇s advice.The poor medication compliance is a kind of popular phenomenon;medication compliance is effected by many factors,involving patients,medical personnel,society and family.The improvement of medication compliance is system engineering;the close cooperation of various aspects is the fundamental solution.
