激光术联合聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗中重度宫颈糜烂疗效观察

The effects observation of laser surgery combined with policresulen solution in treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion

目的探讨激光术联合应用聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法选取中重度宫颈糜烂患者100例,随机分为两组:激光联合聚甲酚磺醛溶液组(治疗组)50例,激光组(对照组)50例,观察两组的治疗效果与不良反应。结果治疗组的宫颈创面愈合情况以及术后阴道流液、流血、感染等不良反应方面明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光术联合应用聚甲酚磺醛溶液治疗中重度宫颈糜烂治愈率高,疗效显著,并能有效控制术后不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effects of laser surgery combined with policresulen solution in treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion.Methods One hundred cases of moderate and severe cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups：laser surgery combined with policresulen solution （treatment group） with 50 cases,and the laser group （control group） with 50 cases,The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions in two groups were observed.Results The adverse reactions of the cervical wound healing,postoperative vaginal fluid,bleeding and infection in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）.Conclusion The cure rate of laser surgery combined with policresulen solution in treatment of moderate and severe cervical erosion is high,with a significant effect.It can also effectively control postoperative adverse reactions,so it is worthy of being popularized.
