血清VEGF水平与非小细胞肺癌相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(sVEGF)表达水平的临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)检测71例NSCLC患者的sVEGF水平。结果 NSCLC患者sVEGF水平与肿瘤大小无明显相关性。sVEGF在鳞癌与腺癌患者的表达水平分别是(163.4±22.4)pg/mL、(152.4±20.6)pg/mL(P<0.05)。sVEGF在有或无淋巴结转移患者表达水平分别是(182.1±22.1)pg/mL、(137.2±19.1)pg/mL(P<0.05)。结论 sVEGF在NSCLC中表达与肿瘤病理类型、淋巴结转移有关,是NSCLC增生和转移的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the appearance of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (sVEGF) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients.Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the sVEGF level of 71 patients from Octoberm 2009 to Feburay 2012.Results There was no significant correlation between sVEGF in NSCLC patients and the tumor size.The sVEGF level of squamous carcinoma and adenocarci noma were (163.4±22.4) pg/mL and (152.4±20.6) pg/mL respectively (P 0.05).While the number in patients with or with out lymph node metastasis were (182.1 ±22.1) pg/mL and (137.2 ±19.1) pg/mL respectively (P 0.05).Conclusion The presence of sVEGF in NSCLC has relation wiht the tumor pathological type and lymph node metastasis.So it can be used as a significant index to reflect the tumor proliferation and metastasis.
