品管圈在门诊处方抗菌药物管理中的应用

Application of quality control circle in the antibiotics management of outpatient precriptions

目的探讨品管圈活动在门诊抗菌药物处方管理中的应用及可行性,促进合理用药。方法运用各种品管方法,对门诊抗菌药物处方中出现的各种不合理用药现象进行统计分析,并制定相应的防范措施。结果通过开展品管圈活动,门诊处方抗菌药物的使用率由活动前的24.2%下降至活动后的14.3%,不合理处方占调查处方的比例由活动前的21.17%下降至活动后的6.89%,各项指标得到明显改善。结论在门诊药房推行品管圈活动,能不断发现和解决工作中存在的问题,同时能明显提高临床抗菌药物的应用水平。

Objective To investigate the application and feasibility of quality control circle （QCC） program in the antibiotics management of outpatient precriptions and to promote rational use of drugs. Methods Various QCC were applied in the antibiotics management of outpatient precriptions, then we analyzed the errors and formulated the safeguard. Results The indexs of antibiotics were dramatically improved after carried out the QCC. The utilization ratio of antibiotics was decreased from 24.2% to 14.3%, and the number of unqualified precriptions decreased from 21.17% to 6.89%. Conclusion The ap- plication of QCC in outpatient pharmacy plays an important role in finding and solving the problems in our work, mean- while this can enhance the proper use of antibiotics.
