白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术的围术期护理

Perioperative nursing of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation

目的总结白内障超声乳化摘除及人工晶体植入术的围术期护理经验。方法对200例(200眼)白内障患者进行术前护理、术中配合及术后护理。结果 200例白内障手术患者,术后1个月复查视力均较术前提高,无严重手术并发症发生。结论对患者采取积极有效的围术期护理措施,可提高超声乳化白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术的手术效果,减少并发症,减轻患者心理负担。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of phacoemulsification with intraocular lens im- plantation. Methods Preoperative care, intraoperative cooperation and postoperative care were adopted among 200 cases （200 eyes） of cataract patients. Resttlts Vision was reviewed one month after surgery, and compared with before surgery the vision was improved and there was no serious surgery complications among 200 cases of patients with cataract surgery. Conclusion Taking effective perioperative care measures for patients can improve the operation effect of phacoemulsifiea- tion with intraocular lens implantation, reduce the complications, and reduce psychological burden of patients.
