布地奈德干粉吸入剂对改善支气管哮喘患儿肺功能的影响

Influence of budesonide dry powder inhalation on the improvement of pulmonary function of children with bronchial asthma

目的探讨布地奈德干粉吸入剂对支气管哮喘患儿肺功能改善作用及临床疗效。方法选取120例支气管哮喘患儿,均予以布地奈德干粉吸入剂(普米克都保)吸入治疗,治疗结束后观察具体肺功能监测指标的变化及临床疗效。结果 120例患儿治疗总有效率为100%;有32例出现呼吸道感染,9例伴有过敏性鼻炎,经对症处理后继续治疗;在1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、峰值流速(PEF)及呼气50%用力肺活量时的流速(PEF50%)3个具体肺功能监测指标方面,治疗6个月后的指标均显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗12个月后的指标均明显优于治疗6个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对支气管哮喘患儿实施布地奈德干粉吸入剂治疗,临床疗效确切,可显著改善患儿肺功能,且治疗毒副作用小、操作简便、患儿治疗依从性好。

Objectives To observe the improvement effects and clinical effects of budesonide dry powder inhalation on the pulmonary function of children with bronchial asthma.Methods One hundred and twenty children with bronchial asthma were selected and were all treated with budesonide dry powder inhalation（general mick）,the changes and clinical effects of lung function monitoring indexes after the treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of 120 patients was 100.00%;there were 32 patients appeared respiratory tract infection and 9 patients with allergic rhinitis,they continued to be treated after proper treatment;as for the three specific pulmonary function monitoring indexes,FEV1,PEF and PEF50%,the indicators of 6 months after the treatment was significantly better than before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,and the indicators of 12 months after the treatment was significantly better than 6 months after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion The clinical effect of budesonide dry powder inhalation on children with bronchial asthma is exact and can improve the pulmonary function evidently,the toxic side effect of treatment is slight,and the treatment is convenient,the treatment compliance of children is good.
