中西医结合治疗儿童手足口病120例疗效观察

Effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of 120 children with hand-foot-mouth disease

目的探讨运用中药结合常规西药治疗儿童手足口病的优越性。方法将240例儿童手足口病患儿随机分组,治疗组120例,用中药结合常规西药治疗,对照组使用常规西药治疗,比较两组临床症状、发热消退时间、手足口疱疹消失时间及心肌酶恢复正常时间。结果治疗组治愈率为98.3%,对照组治愈率为73.3%;治疗组发热消退时间、手足口疱疹消失时间、心肌酶恢复正常时间均短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药结合常规西药治疗儿童手足口病临床疗效明显优于常规西药治疗,临床症状消失快,检查恢复快,住院时间缩短,患者精神及经济负担减轻,不失为一种较理想的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease of children.Methods Two hundred and forty cases of children with the hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly divided into two groups,120 cases of the treatment group were given the combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,while the control group was given the treatment of conventional western medicine.The clinical symptoms,extinction time of fever,disappearance time of hand,foot and mouth herpes and the time of myocardial enzymes return to normal of the two groups were compared.Results The cure rate of treatment group was 98.3%and 73.3%in the control group.The extinction time of fever,disappearance time of hand,foot and mouth herpes and the time of myocardial enzymes return to normal of the treatment group were all shorter than those of control group,there were significant differences of all the index（P0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and conventional western medicine in the hand-foot-mouth disease has better clinical effects than the treatment of conventional western medicine,the clinical symptom vanishes quickly,the inspection restores quickly,the hospitalization time is reduced,the patients＇spirit and the economical burden is reduced,which is an ideal treatment method.
