百色市院前急救中护理质量分析与对策

Analysis and countermeasures on quality in pre-hospital emergency nursing in Baise City

目的探讨院前急救中护理质量存在的问题及防范对策。方法对百色市2005年1月～2011年9月记录在册的有关院前急救护患纠纷及反馈意见193例进行总结分析。结果院前急救中护理质量存在不同程度的问题,通过提出防范对策使院前急救护理质量得到很大的提高,护患纠纷明显下降。结论针对存在的问题采取相应的防范对策,能进一步提高院前急救中护理质量,减少护患纠纷的发生,确保院前急救快捷、准确及安全。

Objective To investigate the problems and preventive countermeasures in the quality of nursing in pre-hospital emergency.Methods One hundred and ninety-three cases recorded in the register and feedback of the pre-hospital emergency nurse-patient disputes from January 2005 to September 2011 were summarized and analyzed.Results The quality of nursing in pre-hospital emergency existed varying degrees of problems.The quality of nursing in pre-hospital emergency was greatly improved and the nurse-patient disputes obviously decreased by proposing preventive countermeasures.Conclusion To take appropriate countermeasures for the problems can further improve the quality of pre-hospital emergency nursing,reduce the occurrence of the nurse-patient disputes and to ensure the promptness,accuracy,safety for the pre-hospital emergency.
