85例原发性高血压社区治疗观察

Observation on community-based treatment of 85 cases with essential hypertension

目的观察原发性高血压社区治疗疗效,旨在为社区卫生中心治疗高血压提供参考。方法对2009年2月～2011年2月本院收治的85例原发性高血压患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗1个月后,显效57例(67.06%),有效11例(12.94%),总有效率(显效率+有效率)为80.00%;治疗6个月后,显效64例(75.29%),有效19例(22.35%),总有效率为97.65%。治疗前后舒张压和收缩压分别为(97±12)、(159±16)mmHg和(81±5)、(132±11)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区治疗可以有效地降低患者的血压,减少心血管疾病的发生率,保障患者的健康。高血压的综合治疗值得在社区卫生中心推广使用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of the essential hypertension commounity-based treatment,provide a reference for the community health centers treating hypertension.Methods The clinical data of 85 patients with essential hyperten sion from February 2009 to February 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Results After one month treatment,markedly effective in 57 cases（67.06%）,effective in 11 cases（12.94%）,the total effective rate（markedly effective rate＋effective rate）was 80.00%;after 6 months treatment,markedly effective in 64 cases（75.29%）,effective in 19 cases（22.35%）,the total effective rate was 97.65%.Diastolic and systolic blood pressure before and after treatment were（97±12）,（159±16） mm Hg and（81±5）,（132±11）mm Hg respectively,the difference were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Community-based treatment can effectively reduce blood pressure,decrease the incidence of cardiovascular disease,and protect the health of patients.The comprehensive treatment of hypertension is worth to promoting in community health centers.
