摘要
目的探讨外伤性脑梗死的发病机制、诊治方法及预后。方法回顾性分析2006年3月～2011年9月本科收治的42例外伤性脑梗死患者的临床资料。结果患者按格拉斯哥预后评分标准,本组恢复良好19例,中度残疾10例,重残5例,植物生存4例,死亡4例。结论外伤性脑梗死的及早诊断和治疗有助于提高患者的生存率和改善生存质量。
Objective To investigate the pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of traumatic cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical documents of 42 patients with traumatic cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2006 to September 2011 was analyzed retrospectively.Results According to GCS evaluation criteria,19 cases recovered well,10 cases ended up with medium level of disability and 5 cases with high level of disability,4 cases plant survival and 4 cases were dead.Conclusion Early diagnosis and treatment can increase the chance of survival and improve the quality of life for traumatic cerebral infarction.
