摘要 目的研究通脉丸有效部位喷雾干燥工艺,为其质量控制提供依据。方法采用将提取液浓缩,高速离心后,加入一定量辅料进行喷雾干燥。本实验在大量预实验和参考查阅大量文献的基础上,以干粉收率和含水量为考察指标,通过单因素试验结合正交试验对其工艺条件各参数进行优选。结果优选出的喷雾干燥最佳工艺条件:进风温度145℃、药液密度1.10、辅料用量10%、供液速度15%、空气流量转子数40mm。结论正交试验优选的最佳工艺条件合理、重复性强、稳定可靠,可做为通脉丸有效部位提取浓缩液浸膏的干燥条件。 Objective To research the spray drying technology of the effective parts of the Tong Mat Pills, provide a basis for quality control. Methods By concentrating the extracted liquid, high-speed centrifugation, adding a certain quantity of accessories for spray drying. This study had a large number of pre-experimental and reference access to the extensive liter- ature, used powder yield and moisture content as the indexes, combined the experiment method with the single tactor ex periments, the process conditions were optimized. Results The best technology of spray drying: inlet air temperature 145℃, medicine liquid density 1.10, the accessories dosage 10%, the fluid speed 15%, air flow rotor number of 40 mm. Conclu- sion By the orthogonal experiment method, the best technology is reasonable, repeatable, stable and reliable, can be used as the dry conditions of effective parts of the Tong Mat Pills extract.
