苯扎氯铵溶液膀胱冲洗预防前列腺术后感染的临床观察

Clinical observation of Benzalkonium chloride solution bladder irrigation in prevention of prostate postoperative infection

目的探讨苯扎氯铵溶液膀胱冲洗的安全性及预防感染的效果。方法将60例前列腺增生患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。均行经尿道前列腺电切手术,治疗组术后予0.01%苯扎氯铵溶液持续膀胱冲洗,对照组术后予0.9%氯化钠溶液持续膀胱冲洗。对照观察两组患者术后尿液常规检查。结果治疗组治疗后细菌数、WBC、RBC明显低于对照组。结论前列腺术后应用苯扎氯铵溶液冲洗安全性好,可有效降低尿路感染的发生率。

Objective To explore the safety and infection prevention effect of benzalkonium chloride solution bladder irri- gation. Methods Sixty patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （30 cases in each group）, all patients were given TURP surgery, then patients in study group were given continuous bladder irrigation with 0.01% benzalkonium chloride solution, the control group were given continuous bladder irrigation with physiological saline, urinalysis of two groups after surgery were observed. Results After treatment, the number of bacteria, WBC, RBC of study group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The safety of blad- der irrigation with Benzalkonium chloride solution after TURP is good, it can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary tract infections.
