摘要
目的探讨舒肝和胃汤治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法随机选择2008年5月~2011年5月在本院就诊的反流性食管炎患者98例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组采用奥美拉唑联合多潘立酮规范治疗,观察组在西药治疗的基础上加用疏肝和胃汤。观察两组疗效及复发率。结果观察组总有效率(85.7%)高于对照组(61.2%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组复发率(4.8%)低于对照组(13.3%)。结论疏肝和胃汤对反流性食管炎疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the Shuganhewei soup in treatment of anti-reflux esophagitiS. Methods Ninety eight patients with anti-reflux esophagitis in our hospital from May 2008 to May 2011 were randomly se- lected and divided into experimental group and control group, with 49 cases respectively. Control group was treated with the omeprazole and domperidone, while experimental group was treated with Shuganhewei soup based on control group. Af- ter treatment, curative effect and recurrence rate were observed. Results Total efficiency of experimental group (85.7%) was higher than that of control group (61.2%), the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). The recurrence rate of ex- perimental group (4.8%) was lower than that of control group (13.3%). Conclusion Shuganhewei soup is effective to anti- reflux esophagitis, which is worthy of clinical application.
