腹腔镜胆囊完全切除术患者在康复过程中的舒适护理应用

The application of comfortable nursing used in rehabilitation process of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients

目的探讨舒适护理在腹腔镜胆囊完全切除术患者康复过程中的应用价值。方法选择本院进行腹腔镜胆囊完全切除术的患者120例,随机分为舒适组和对照组各60例。舒适组患者除采用常规护理外,均给予舒适护理;对照组患者均给予微创外科的常规护理方法。结果舒适组患者的生理因素评分、心理因素评分均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。舒适组患者的术后住院时间、首次如厕时间、首次活动时间均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05);首次进食时间明显长于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理体现了以人为本的护理理念,可以有效地提高患者的治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objedtive To discuss the application Value of comfortable nursing used in rehabilitation process of laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients. Methods One hundred and twenty patients who were received laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected in our hospitol. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, comfortable group and control group, 60 pa- tients were in each group. Besides routine nursing, comfortable group were given comfortable nursing in rehabilitation pro- cess. Control group were only given routine nursing of minimally invasive surgery. Results The scores of physiological fac- tors and psychological factors in comfortable group were significantly better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. The post- operative hospital stay, the first time of defcation and movement were all significantly better than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. The first time of eating was significantly longer than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nurs ing shows the concept of people-oriented, and can effectively improve patient outcomes. It is worthy for clinical application.
