人脑利钠肽治疗慢性心力衰竭的护理

Nursing care of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in treatment of chronic heart failure

目的探讨使用人脑利钠肽治疗慢性心力衰竭患者中的护理方法。方法对本院2011年6月～2012年5月收治的30例老年慢性心力衰竭患者使用人脑利钠肽进行治疗,记录其护理方法,观察疗效。结果经过3d人脑利钠肽治疗和系统护理,多数患者的呼吸困难和全身症状减轻,BNP的数值明显下降。结论临床护理人员需要详细了解此药的药理作用,适应证和不良反应等。在使用中,要严格遵照医嘱,保证剂量准确和病情稳定。

Objective To explore the nursing methods in chronic heart failure （CHF） patients treated with recombinant hu- man brain natriuretic peptide （rhBNP）. Methods Thirty elderly CHF patients treaded with rhBNP were admitted from June 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital, the nursing methods were recorded and the curative effect was observed. Results By three-days of rhBNP treatment and systematic nursing, dyspnea and general symptoms were relieved in most patients, and BNP value was significantly decreased. Conclusion Clinical nursing staff need to have a detailed understanding of phar- macological action, indication and side effect of rhBNP, and strictly observe doctors＇ advice to ensure dose accuracy and stable condition in use.
