摘要
目的探讨优质护理在降低急诊小儿输液室的纠纷投诉率的临床应用价值。方法选择2009年2月~2011年2月收治的92例急诊患儿并按随机数字法将其随机分为研究组和对照组,其中,研究组在采取急诊静脉输液的基础上进行优质护理,而对照组则在静脉输液的基础上进行常规护理,比较两组患儿的静脉输液一次穿刺成功率及其投诉情况。结果研究组中5岁以下和5岁以上的患儿静脉输液穿刺成功率均明显高于对照组(χ2=5.14、4.89,P<0.05)。研究组的投诉率明显低于对照组(χ2=6.42,P<0.05)。结论针对急诊输液患儿实施优质护理,可显著提高护理质量,提高护理满意效果,减少投诉率。
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of quality care in reducing the complaint rate of emer- gency pediatric infusion room disputes. Methods Ninety-two cases of emergency children admitted from February 2009 to February 2011 were selected and were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the random digital method, study group was given quality care based on the adoption of intravenous infusion, while control group was only given routine care on the basis of the intravenous infusion, the once puncture success of rateintravenous infusion and its complaints about children in two groups were compared. Results The puncture success of rateintravenous infusion in study group under 5 years old and children over the age of five were significantly higher than that of control group (χ2= 5.14, 4.89, P 〈 0.05). The Complaints of study group was significantly lower than that of control group (χ2 = 6.42, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The quality care for emergency intravenous infusion in children can significantly improve the improve the quality of care, improve the nursing satisfaction effect, and reduce the rate of complaints.
