2010～2011年某三甲医院治疗类风湿关节炎药物使用分析

Usage analysis of rheumatoid arthritis drugs in a certain 3A-grade hospital during the period 2010～2011

目的调查某三甲医院治疗和缓解病情的类风湿关节炎药物(DMARD)的使用情况,分析用药合理性。方法依据药品管理系统,统计该院2010～2011年治疗类风湿关节炎药品,记录药品名称、剂量、金额、生产企业等数据,以限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频数(DDDs)为指标进行分析及评价。结果该院治疗类风湿药品主要应用有11种药物,2种剂型,15种制剂,其中,雷公藤多苷、甲氨喋呤以及来氟米特利用度较高,来氟米特及氨基葡萄糖消耗增长较快。结论该院DMARD用药消耗量逐年增长,临床使用基本合理。

Objective To investigate the usage of disease modifying antirheumatic drug （DMARD） in a certain 3A-grade hospital, and to analyze the medication rationality. Methods According to computer management system, the usage of DMARD was added up during the period 2010-2011, The drug name, dosage, the sum and the manufacture were recorded. The datas was analyzed and evaluated according to defined daily dose （DDD） and defined daily dose system （DDDs）. Results The total DMARD include 11 drugs and 2 formulations and 15 preparations in this hopital. The exploitation degree of Tripterygium glycosides, Methotrexate and Leflunomide were higher. The faster growing of DMARD were Leflunomide and Glucosamine. Conclusion The consumation of DMARD increase gradually with years in this hopital and the clinical use is rational.
