锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位

The effect of clavicular hook plate in treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation

目的观察锁骨钩钢板在肩锁关节脱位中的治疗效果。方法对46例Rokwood分级Ⅲ～Ⅴ度肩锁关节脱位患者行切开复位锁骨钩钢板固定。结果术后随访6～18个月按Lazzcano标准评定肩关节功能优良率为98%,无再脱位、内固定断裂及肩关节僵硬等并发症。结论锁骨钩钢板治疗肩锁关节脱位具有创伤小、手术简单、固定可靠、不损伤关节面、可以早期功能锻炼的优点,是治疗肩锁关节脱位理想的内固定方法。

Objective To observe the effect of clavicular hook plate in treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation. Methods Forty-slx patients of acromioclavicular dislocation with Rokwood grade Ⅲ-Ⅴ degrees were given reposition enchevillement and clavicular hook plate fixation treatment. Results After 6 to 18 months postoperative follow-up, the excellent rate of shoulder function was 98% according to the evaluation of lazzcano standard, there was no complications such as redisloca- tion, fracture fixation, and shoulder stiffness. Conclusion The clavicular hook plate in treatment of acromioclavicular dislo- cation has many superiorities, such as tiny trauma, simple operation, reliable fixation, no damage on the fixed joint surface, taking functional exercise earlier. It is the ideal fixation treatment method of acromioclavicular dislocation.
