数据采集系统在计算机过程控制中有着十分重要的作用。本文介绍三菱公司可编程Ａ／Ｄ转换器Ａ１Ｓ６４ＡＤ、输出模板Ａ１ＳＹ１０和电压隔离传感器ＷＢ３２１组成的计算机控制铝电解生产数据采集系统设计方法，分析解决实际应用中出现的问题。

Data collection system plays an important role in computer process control.This paper introduc es the design method of programmable A/D transformer AIS64AD, output masterplate AISY10 and sensor of voltage insulation WB321 from Mitsubishi consisting of data collection system of computer control aluminum reduction production,and use it to analyze and solve the problems from practice application.
