循证护理对老年冠心病并发心力衰竭治疗效果的影响

The effects of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of aged coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure

目的研究并探讨循证护理在老年冠心病并发心力衰竭中的临床应用。方法以本院收治的100例老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者为研究对象,并随机分成两组,即治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组的患者运用常规的方式进行护理,而治疗组的患者则运用循证护理的方式来进行护理,在患者进行治疗一段时间之后,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗组患者的满意度明显优于对照组,治疗组的50例老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者中,满意为32例,较满意为16例,总满意度为96.00%,与观察组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用循证护理的方式来护理老年冠心病并发心力衰竭患者,不仅非常安全和可靠,且有助于患者的早日康复,值得在现代的临床中进行大力的推广与应用。

Objective To research and explore the clinical application of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of aged coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure. Methods One hundred cases of aged coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given conventional care, while the patients in treatment group were given evidence-based mursing for care, after treatment for some time, the clinical treatment effect in two groups were compared. Results The satisfaction degree of the patients in treatment group was significantly better than that of patients in control group. Among 50 elderly patients with coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure, there were 32 cases of very satisfied, 16 cases of pretty satisfied, and the total satisfaction degree in treatment group was 96.00%, compared with control group, there was statistical significance （P 0.05）. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing for aged coronary heart disease complicated with heart failure is not only very safe and reliable, but also can help the patients＇ recovery, which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application in modern clinical.
