摘要
质量管理在医院医疗、安全管理工作中发挥着重要作用,越来越受到各级管理人员的重视。但由于质量管理工作性质和职业角色的特殊性给质量管理人员造成较大的管理及心理压力,因此,采取有效的应对方式,积极进行压力管理,其目的是为了使质量管理人员坦然面对个人荣辱得失,勇敢面对各种压力、挫折,努力肩负起医院质量管理工作的重任。笔者就以上问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的解决办法。
Quality management plays an important role in medical treatment, safe management of hospitals, and has received more and more attention by all levels of managers. But the nature of quality management and the specialization of job role bring larger management and psychological pressure for quality controller, so effective coping style should be taken, and pressure management should be performed actively, so as to make quality controller face personal honor and shame in calm, face all kinds of pressure bravely, and try to bare the heavy responsibility of hospital quality management hardly. The author probes into the above problems, and puts forward the corresponding solution.
