摘要
研究了镀锡板钝化膜烘烤工艺及钝化膜在酸性介质和碱性介质中的稳定性。结果表明,在烘烤过程中,镀锡板表面的钝化膜随着时间的延长不断发生龟裂,随着烘烤时间的进一步延长,镀锡板表面逐渐形成较为均匀致密的氧化膜;在酸性腐蚀介质中,镀锡板表面的钝化膜被均匀破坏,钝化膜厚度不断降低;在碱性腐蚀介质中,镀锡板表面钝化膜发生不均匀破坏,随着时间的延长镀锡板下的锡-铁合金层暴露出来。
The stability of tinplate passivation film in baking process, acid and studied. Results showed that passivation film on the tin plate surface with the cracked. With further extension of the baking alkaline medium had been extension of time would be time, uniform dense oxide film was gradually formed on the tin plate surface. As passivation film on the tin plate surface was uniformly destroyed in acidic corrosive medium,thickness of the passivation film decreasesed gradually. Passivation film of the tin plate surface was uneven destroyed in alkaline corrosive medium. With the extension of time, tin ferroally under the tin plating layer was exposed.
