摘要
功能表面要实现超疏水性,其微结构具有重要的作用,制备微结构的模具成为研究的关键。现以具有定向超疏水性的梭鱼草、结缕草为研究对象,先用扫描电镜观察其表面形貌;然后进行电铸镍前处理,通过磁控溅射进行表面镀银;最后,电铸镍完成后剥离镍层。实验结果表明,电铸的镍层与样品纹理相反,结构对称。
The microstructures of functional surfaces were very important for realizing the super hydrophobicity, and micro-molds became the key of researching. Zoysia and Pontederia were acted as the research objects. Firstly, surface microstructures of the two samples were characterized by SEM. Then, the two plants surfaces were pretreated and coated with silver by magnetron sputtering technique. At last, nickel films were peeled off from the surfaces of electroformed samples. Results showed that the nickel films had a mirror image structure.
