摘要
电镀溶液中纳米颗粒的分散是复合镀技术中需要解决的首要问题,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和聚乙二醇-10000为分散剂,对镀镍溶液中的SiO2纳米颗粒进行改性。通过沉降实验对表面改性后的SiO2纳米颗粒悬浮液的稳定性进行了比较分析。结果表明,当十六烷基三甲基溴化铵和聚乙二醇-10000在悬浮液中的质量浓度分别为2g/L和1.5g/L时,SiO2纳米颗粒能够均匀悬浮,稳定分散。
In nano-composite coating technology, the dispersion of nano-particles was the main problem need to be solved. In this paper, SiO2 nano-particles in watts plating solution were modified by using CTAB and PEG-10000 as dispersants. The stability of modified SiO2 nano-particles suspension was meas- ured by sedimentation test. Results showed that SiO2 nano-particles could be existed stably and uniformly when the contents of CTAB and PEG-10000 were 2 g/L and 1.5 g/L respectively.
