摘要
采用微弧氧化技术在LY12铝合金表面制备了氧化膜层,对膜层进行了耐盐雾、耐交变湿热、耐霉菌及耐磨的性能测试。结果表明,铝合金在经过了微弧氧化处理后,满足了盐雾、交变湿热、霉菌及耐磨性能要求。在实际生产中对于工件的电烧伤可以使用设计专用夹具的方式来解决。
Oxidation layer was prepared by using micro-arc oxidation method on LY12 aluminum alloy, and its service behavior was also determined by tests of anti-salt-spray, anti-wet-heat, anti-fungus and antiwear. Results showed that performances of the as-deposited oxidation layer could meet the requirements of standards. Practically, for electric burn of the workpieces, special design of the clamping apparatus could solve such problems.
