摘要
阐述了控制电镀层质量的几大方面,包括在电镀生产线设计前要全面、细致考虑生产线设计及工艺设计的各个环节;生产线投产后为满足新产品开发和市场要求,需要仔细了解零部件的技术要求,生产过程中的工艺执行、工艺改进;员工的质量意识培养;检验设备的配置、试验检验人员的培养等方面。
In this paper, quality control in electroplating was described from several aspects. First, every step related to the design of production line and technique should be fully considered before operation; second, technical requirements of parts should be carefully understood in order to satisfy the new products development and market demand;finally, process execution and improvement, quality awareness training of staff, testing equipment configuration as well as the inspector training should also be taken into account.
