摘要
阿穆尔国立人文师范大学在远东地区教育中举足轻重。面对该地区社会经济发展规划,利用全面的师资、学科教育资源及社会需求,以地方发展战略需求为目标,建立与市场接轨的课程教育体系,实施灵活的战略管理制度,实施创新教育,形成和完善"从大学到企业"的机制,确立阿穆尔州国立人文师范大学的中心作用,为远东地区特色发展提供人力资源上的保证。
Amur Normal University plays an important part in the far east district. Facing economic and social development and with the overall staff, discipline education resource and social needs taking, local development strategic need as a goal, curriculum education system which is connected with markets should be set up. Flexible strategic management system and quality education should be enforced. By this, the mechanism from university to enterprise determines the central position of Amur National Normal University and provides chara- teristic development.
