公民人格尊严受平等保护,是宪法所规定的。近年来,国家公权力机关对弱势群体人格尊严的损害频繁发生,有法律规定不完善原因的存在,也有执法主体违反法律规定执法的成分,同时还有弱势群体法律意识淡薄的因素存在。要实现人格尊严平等保护,必须在完善法律体系的同时,提高执法者和弱势群体的法律意识,以期达到规范执法者执法行为和弱势群体寻求救济的目的。
