摘要
文章介绍了我国首台出口型60Hz、350MW汽轮发电机组的轴系特点,分析了机组振动的特征和产生原因,采取了变更阀序和动平衡2种减振措施,使机组振动合格,为同类机组的振动处理提供了参考。
The correct measures were put forward by data analysis and fault diagnosis of abnormal vibration occurring on the units No.1 in Brazil Candiota power plant.The abnormal vibration was eliminated by rebalancing multi-span rotors using improved influence coefficient method and dynamic balancing,and it was taken as a reference for the fault diagnosis of the same type of steam turbine generator sets.
