摘要
森林生态系统服务价值评价有利于为区域可持续发展和生态文明建设提供指导和依据。基于联合国千年生态系统评估框架,运用市场价值法、费用替代法、替代工程法和防护支出法等,对浙江省遂昌县森林生态系统服务价值进行评价。结果表明,2009年遂昌县森林生态系统调节服务价值为192.839亿元;可计量的供给价值为4.495亿元,两项合计197.334亿元,相当于当年GDP的47.86亿元的4.12倍。文化服务类型多样,内容丰富。如果进行绿色GDP核算,将明显提升遂昌县地位。
In order to guide regional sustainable development and ecological civilization,it is necessary to assess on the service value of forest ecosystem.Based on the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment（referred to as MA,2005） framework,this paper assessed the service value of forest ecosystem in Suichang County by the market value method,the cost of substitution,alternative engineering method,and the protection expenditure approach.It shows that the regulating services value is 19.284 billion yuan,supply services value is 0.450 billion yuan.The types of cultural services are abundant.If accounting the green GDP,it will significantly enhance the social-economy position of Suichang County.
