摘要 以转基因抗虫棉为材料,研究了水杨酸(SA)对NaCl胁迫下抗虫棉幼苗生长和生理特性的影响.结果表明,NaCl胁迫下,一定浓度SA溶液可提高抗虫棉种子的发芽率和发芽势,增加幼苗苗高、鲜重、干重;提高幼苗SOD和POD酶活性,降低MDA含量,增加脯氨酸含量,降低相对电导率.说明适宜浓度SA有助于抗虫棉幼苗抗盐能力提高. The insect-resistance cotton was used as experiment materials to investigate the effects of salicylic acid (SA) on physiological characteristics and growth of cotton seedlings under NaC1 stress. The results showed that SA can increase proline content, SOD and POD activities of cotton seed and seedling under NaC1 stress, but MDA content and the relative conductivity decreased. This experiment indicated that SA may help to improve seed germination and seedlings growth and enhance salt resi-stance ability of cotton.
