南阳黄牛肌肉发育过程中的MyoD和MEF2基因的表达变化研究 被引量:12

摘要 利用荧光实时定量PCR技术分析了南阳黄牛3月龄到24月龄间背最长肌组织中MyoD和MEF2基因家族的表达变化情况.结果表明,MyoD基因的表达呈先升高后降低的趋势,在18月龄时表达量最高.MEF2A基因在3月龄时表达量最低,在12月龄和18月龄时表达量显著升高,随后表达量下降;MEF2B基因的表达呈持续上升趋势;MEF2C基因在3月龄时表达量最低,在肌肉发育过程中表达量变化比较小;MEF2D基因表现出明显的先升高后降低趋势,18月龄和24月龄时的表达量比3月龄时显著高. The expressions of MyoD and MEF2 genes were analyzed by real-time RT-PCR in Nanyang cattle Iongissimus dorsi muscle from 3 month old to 24 month old. The results showed that the expres-sion of MyoD raised from 3 month old and reached the top at 18 month old, then decreased at 24 month old, Showing a tendency of rising first and declining then. the expression of MEF2A was the lowest at 3 month old and reached high level at 12 month old and 18 month old. The expression of MEF2B showed an ascending tendency from 3 month old to 24 month old. The expression of MEF2C showed small changes during the experimental session and had the lowost expression level at 3 month old. The expression of MEF2D had significant higher expression levels at 12 month old and 18 month old than at 3 month old, showing an apparent tendency of ascending first and descending then.
