河南省小麦生产综合技术效率及要素投入动态优化分析 被引量:6

Analyses of comprehensive technical efficiency and dynamic optimization of factor inputs for wheat production in Henan Province

摘要 基于投入导向和产出导向的DEA模型,分析了河南省小麦生产综合技术效率及决定因素,通过要素投入径向调整量和松弛调整量估计,研究效率损失原因及要素投入动态优化过程,并阐述其隐含政策含义.结果表明,河南省小麦生产综合技术效率明显改善,规模效率稳定保持高水平状态,纯技术效率是综合技术效率的决定因素.同时,河南省小麦生产要素投入径向调整呈递减趋势,要素投入结构冗余基本消失.调整前后要素投入结构变化显示,河南省小麦生产方式已经从劳动密集型向土地密集型转变. Based on input-oriented and output-oriented DEA models, the comprehensive technical effi- ciency is decomposed into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency for wheat production in Henan Province. By analyzing the radial and slack adjustments, the paper identifies the causes for loss of comprehensive technical efficiency, tracking the process of dynamic optimization of factor inputs, and providing policy implications. The results show that comprehensive technical efficiency has been obvi-ously improved, scale efficiency has been remaining at a high level, and pure technical efficiency is the exclusive determinant of comprehensive technical efficiency. Meanwhile, the radial adjustments of input factors have been decreasing and structural factor input redundancy are disappearing over time. The pre-and post-input adjustments indicate that the wheat production has been changed from labor-in-tensive to land-intensive growth pattern in Henan Province.
