重型颅脑损伤患者的临床观察及护理研究

目的总结112例重型颅脑损伤患者的护理方法。方法主要包括急救护理,颅内压增高的护理,并发症的护理,康复护理等。结果所有重型颅脑损伤患者经过治疗和有效护理,均取得较好的治疗效果,车祸撞击损伤、重物打致伤和高处跌伤的优良率分别为56.3%、56.0%、56.2%,患者满意率分别为76.0%、80.0%、75.0%,患者满意度达到一定的高度。结论对重型颅脑损伤患者做好积极有效的护理,对增加患者的康复率,降低致残率及死亡率具有重要意义。

Objective To summarize the nursing method of 112 cases with severe craniocerebral injury.Methods Mainly including emergency care、increased intracranial pressure、complication and rehabilitation nursing.Results All patients with severe head injury treatment and effective nursing,obtained a better curative effect,satisfaction reached a certain height.Conclusion Take well active and effective nursing in severe craniocerebral injury patients,has important significance in increasing the patients＇ recovery rate,reducing the disability and mortality rate.
