腹壁透明细胞肉瘤的临床诊治

Abdominal wall clear cell sarcoma of the clinical diagnosis and treatment

目的探讨腹壁透明细胞肉瘤的病因、发病机制及临床治疗方法。方法对1例腹壁透明细胞肉瘤患者的临床资料结合文献加以分析总结。结果此例患者通过手术方法切除肿瘤,边缘清楚,后续准备肿瘤科进一步放化治疗。结论透明细胞肉瘤原因不明,在治疗上以局部扩大切除为主,首次规范的手术治疗是治疗成败的关键,放化疗对其进一步治疗有一定的作用。

Objective To investigate the etiology,pathogenesy and treatment in patient with clear cell sarcoma of soft tissue（CCS）.Methods Analysis of the clinical date of one patient combined with literatures were made for patients with CCS.Results The tumor of the patient were operated completely,whose endge is clear,and the patient will be treated with radiotherapy and chems.Conclusion The reasons of CCS is unclear,the treatment should be larger cutting and it is essential of specification operation,also there may be some effects of radiotherapy and chems.
