序贯放化疗与单纯化疗治疗老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效比较分析

The comparative analysis of therapeutic effect of treatment Older locally advanced Non small cell lung cancer by sequential radiotherapy chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone

目的探讨序贯放化疗与单纯化疗治疗老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法分析该院收治的老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效,依据治疗方式不同分为单纯化疗组50例和序贯放化疗组50例。结果序贯放化疗组不良反应和生活质量评分明显优于单纯化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论序贯放化疗治疗老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效明显,不良反应发生率较低,值得临床推广。

Objective To approach curative effect of treatment Older locally advanced Non small cell lung cancer by sequential radiotherapy chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone.Methods To analyze clinical curative effect of treatment Older locally advanced Non small cell lung cancer in our hospital,which was to be divided into sequential radiotherapy chemotherapy group 50 cases and chemotherapy alone group 50 cases.Results The toxic reaction and score of life quality of sequential radiotherapy chemotherapy group were better than chemotherapy alone group,By Comparision the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The clinical curative effect of treatment Older locally advanced Non small cell lung cancer by sequential radiotherapy chemotherapy was obviously,low incidence of adverse reactions,which was to be used.
