在电力工程基本建设过程中,工程造价控制贯穿始末,而设计阶段是工程造价控制的重要阶段。针对工程设计对工程造价的影响,采用设计招标,推行限额设计,运用价值工程优选方案,推广典型设计、使用典型造价、严格控制设计变更,建立激励机制等措施可以控制工程造价。

In the basic construction process of power engineering,engineering cost control throughouts the whole process,and design stage is an important stage of engineering cost control.According to the effect of engineering design on the project cost,this paper applied the design bidding,implemented the quota design,used the value engineering optimization scheme,promoted typical design,used typical cost,and strictly controlled the change of the design,and established incentive mechanism and other measures to control the engineering cost.
