钢结构住宅的推广及应用已是我国住宅产业化发展的必然趋势,通过对钢结构住宅常用结构形式的优缺点比较分析,提出结构形式的适用性原则;并提出提高抗侧力性能的方法,为进一步推进钢结构住宅结构体系在国内建筑业的应用提供了理论参考,并指出了钢结构住宅的产业化发展的有效途径。

The popularization and application of the steel structure housing is the inevitable trend of the development of China＇s housing industrialization.Through comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages to common structure form of the steel structure housing,the applicability principle of the structure form was put forward,method of improving lateral force resisting performance was proposed,in order to further promote the steel structure residential structure system,which provides a theoretical reference for in the application domestic building trade,and points out effective approaches of industrialization development of the steel structure housing.
