摘要
中央直属企业是国民经济的主力军,在自身发展壮大的同时,也肩负着重要的社会责任。民营企业是市场经济下活力所在,具有更强的发展潜力。2008年席卷全球的金融危机给我国经济的发展提出了巨大挑战,至今已4年了,全球经济仍未走出困境。在此背景下,央企与民企战略结盟应运而生。本文就两者结盟的必要性、意义进行分析,就结盟操作细节进行了探讨,并给出了典型案例。
The central government enterprise is the main force of the national economy,while expanding their own development,but also shoulders the important social responsibility.Private enterprise is the vitality of a market economy,with greater potential for development.Financial crisis swept the word in 2008,which puts forward a great challenge to Chinese economic development,it has been four years,the global economy does not get out of the woods.In this context,the strategic alliances of central enterprises and private enterprises come into being.In this paper,the necessity and the significance of strategic alliances of both was analyzed,the operational details of the alliance was discussed,and typical case was given.
