Analysis on Status Quo of the Environmental Information Disclosure of Listed Companies in Yunnan Province

本文以云南省2011年之前上市的29家公司为样本,分析其招股说明书及2008-2010年年度报告,并进行详细的分析、比较,揭示了云南省上市公司环境信息披露的现状及存在的问题,并提出一些改进的建议。

In this paper,we use the sample of 29 listed companies in Yunnan Province,analyze and compare prospectus and annual reports of 2008-2010,revealing the status quo and problems of the environmental information disclosure of listed companies in Yunnan Province,and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
