为了提高企业效益、提升供电服务形象、实现南方电网核心价值,佛山供电局在拓宽服务渠道,整合服务资源方面做了大量工作,也取得了丰硕的成果;基于无线网络集成技术的移动供电服务点(以下简称:流动营业厅)渠道建设就是其中较成功的一例,本文从业务功能设计、网络逻辑结构、核心技术、安全性、效率性和经济性等方面,简述了如何按照南方电网公司的营销技术进步与创新战略思想,构建流动营业厅,实现营销服务方式的创先。

In order to improve efficiency,enhance the image of power services,and achieve the core value of CSG;lots of works were done for integration resources and channels of service by Foshan Power Supply Bureau;And then they get substantial result;Among the fruitful of these works,the porject movable business hall is one of the successful example;In this articl,we introduce the movable business hall in the views of business functions,network structure,security,efficiency and economy,etc;And outlines the way to achieve the strategic thinking,realize the technological progress,implement the innovation of the service mode in CSG.
